4. Fair Usage Policy 4.1. To ensure quality service for all customers, the Provider may implement data usage limits and bandwidth management policies. 4.2. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts network performance may result in speed throttling, suspension, or termination of service.
5. Fees and Payments 5.1. Customers agree to pay all applicable service fees, installation fees, and equipment rental fees as per the selected plan. 5.2. Late payments may result in service suspension, reconnection fees, or termination. 5.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
6. Equipment 6.1. Any equipment provided by the Provider (e.g., routers, modems) remains the property of the Provider unless purchased by the Customer. 6.2. Customers are responsible for the care and return of any leased equipment in good condition upon termination of service.
7. Termination and Suspension 7.1. The Provider may terminate or suspend service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal compliance requirements. 7.2. Customers may cancel the Service by providing number days' notice and settling any outstanding dues.
8. Privacy Policy 8.1. The Provider respects customer privacy and adheres to data protection laws. 8.2. Customer data may be collected for service improvement, billing, and legal compliance. 8.3. The Provider will not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or with customer consent.
9. Liability and Disclaimer 9.1. The Provider is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the Service. 9.2. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
